Refund Policy

Try before you buy

Every template can be fully previewed and customized for free with your own photos, words and music. You only pay when you are happy with the result and ready to share it, so you always know exactly what you are getting.

When we refund

Because templates are digital products that unlock instantly, purchases are generally final. We will gladly issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• You were charged twice or by mistake for the same purchase.
• A technical problem on our side prevents your gift from working and we cannot fix it within 72 hours of your report.
• Your purchase did not unlock and our team cannot restore access.

When refunds are not available

• You changed your mind after the gift was published or shared.
• The recipient did not open the gift or did not like it.
• More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
• Templates from a bundle have already been used to create published gifts.

How to request a refund

Send us a message through the support page with the email used at checkout, your order date and a short description of the problem. We review every request within 48 hours.

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method through Gumroad. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded templates is removed and any gifts made with them are unpublished.
