Information we collect

• Account details: your name and email address when you sign up.
• Gift content: the letters, names, photos, voice notes, song links and places you add to a gift.
• Purchase details: the product you bought and your order email, sent to us by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic usage data: technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

• To create, store and display the gifts you make.
• To unlock the templates you have purchased.
• To send account emails such as password resets, purchase confirmations and replies to support requests.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos or letters for advertising.

Who can see your gifts

A published gift is visible to anyone who has its link or QR code. Treat the link like a private message and share it only with the people you want to see it. Gifts protected with a secret code require that code to open.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to run the service: Vercel for hosting and file storage, Neon for our database, Gumroad for payment processing and Resend for sending emails. They process data only on our behalf and under their own privacy and security commitments.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and gifts for as long as your account is active so your links keep working. You can delete a gift from your dashboard at any time, or ask us to delete your account and all associated data by contacting support.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond to your request promptly.

Children

Keepsake is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
